Each module is timed independently. You can leave and come back, but the clock keeps running — if it reaches zero while you're away, the module submits automatically with whatever you'd answered.
When you finish, you'll land on a full breakdown by section, domain, and skill, plus a question-by-question review with the reasoning behind every answer.
This is practice — nothing here locks your device or other tabs. Treat the timer as the boundary, the same as you would on test day.

A graphing and scientific calculator is available on every Math question via the Calculator button in the toolbar. Drag its header to reposition it; drag its edge to resize it.
Each module has its own countdown, shown at the top of the screen. You can hide the timer if you'd rather not watch it — it keeps running either way. When a module's time runs out, your answers are submitted automatically and you move to the next module.
On Reading & Writing questions, select any text in the passage or question to highlight it. Add a note to a highlight from the Highlights & Notes panel, and remove one at any time.
If you need to reload the page, your progress is saved — you'll pick up exactly where you left off in the current module, with the same time remaining.
Use Next and Back to move between questions within a module. When you reach the last question, review your answers on the Check Your Work page, then submit the module. Once submitted, you can't return to it.

If this module ends while you're on break, you'll be taken to the next module.
Your answers so far are saved, but the timer for the current module keeps running even after you leave. If it reaches zero before you come back, this module will be submitted automatically using whatever you've answered.
On test day, you won't be able to move on to the next module until time expires. For these practice questions, you can submit whenever you're ready.
